Lily and Brenda
Lily is an aesthetics and beauty therapist and a nutrition and health coach. She opened her studio in 2023 as a place where aesthetics, nutrition and fitness come together.
- Internationally certified aesthetics and beauty therapist, with over 11 years in wellness and aesthetics in Europe
- Honours from CIDESCO (2014) for her thesis on the effects of alcohol on skin health and ageing
- Certified nutrition and health coach (IINH), and a member of UKIHCA
