Microneedling, face and body
Collagen induction therapy with a Dermapen. Tiny, controlled micro-channels prompt your skin to repair itself with fresh collagen and elastin, and let the serums used in the treatment sink in deeper.
- Skin texture and firmness
- Even skin tone
- Scars and acne scarring
- Pore size
- Pigmentation
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Stretch marks
- Cellulite

On your face
After the healing phase your skin plumps up, looking refreshed, radiant and tighter.
On your body
Body microneedling brings the same collagen boost to areas that have lost collagen and elastin through hormonal shifts, pregnancy or weight changes.
For cellulite, Lily applies serums with L-carnitine and caffeine to support fat metabolism and lymphatic drainage. For stretch marks and sunken scars, she uses hyaluronic acid, retinol and organic silicon to boost cell renewal. Sessions are spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, usually four to six in all.
Before and after your session
Before: avoid sun exposure and active ingredients like AHAs, BHAs and retinol for at least 5 days.
After: some redness, mild swelling, dryness and flaking are normal for a few days. Skip pools, saunas and heat treatments for 72 hours, exfoliants for a week and intense exercise for 48 hours. Keep your skin moisturised and protected with SPF 50.

Questions
Lily’s answers, as on her original site.
After how many treatments will I see significant results?
A series of treatments will likely be recommended for best results (think: four to six sessions spaced between 3 to 6 weeks).
Am I a good candidate for this treatment?
Please note that anyone who is or has been, during the last six months, taking Retinoids such a Accutane (as acne treatment) or other medications that increase photosensitivity should not undergo this treatment.
If you have been recently diagnosed with cancer or any other skin disease (bacterial or viral) you should not undergo this treatment.
Additionally, those taking blood thinners or anticoagulants are not candidates. Tattooed areas, Keloids or hypertrophic scars can not be treated.
What should I know previous to my session?
Avoid sunburn, use of AHA’s, BHA’s or Retinol or any other active ingredients that could potentially increase skin sensitivity for at least 5 days.
If doing anti-wrinkle injections or other dermal fillers, space your sessions for at least weeks.
How will my skin look immediately after the treatment?
Immediately after the treatment your skin will experience some redness and mild swelling. This is normal and should subside within a few days. You may also experience some dryness and flaking as your skin heals. Here are some other things to keep in mind:
- Avoid sun exposure, swimming pools, sauna or other heat treatments for at least 72 hours after your session.
- Avoid using exfoliating agents or other skincare therapies that may irritate your skin for a week.
- Avoid intense exercise for 48 hours
- Keep your skin hydrated with a gentle moisturiser and protected with SPF 50
